Giray is a trustworthy and a problem solver lawyer who has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in commercial, consumer law and labour law cases and developed a strong understanding of the Turkish Law during his internships and his work experience.
After being admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association, he has been involved in numerous civil and commercial litigation cases and in dispute resolutions, with an emphasis in corporate law, consumer law and employment and labour litigation.
Having the best interests of his clients in mind, his first approach to each legal issue is by carefully examining whether it is possible to avoid a recourse to litigation and he uses his strong communication skills to help solve each case through mediation between the parties of the dispute.
Throughout his professional life, he demonstrates his technical expertise, reliability, timeliness, result-oriented character and analysing issues from all possible angles with extensive sense of empathy to his clients.
